Seller Emails are known as "Newsletters" to buyers.
How to get subscribers:
There are several "Add to Favorite Shops" & "Sign up for Shop newsletter" links that will allow your buyers to add you as one of their favorite sellers & sign up for your "newsletter" including:
- On every Shop page
- On your About Me Page
- All View Item pages
- Seller Profile Page
You can also encourage buyers to opt-in to your mailings by promoting your newsletters in all communication with buyers.
How to tell if you have subscribers:
To verify if you have subscribers to your "newsletter" log in to Manage My Shop and go to the Email Marketing Summary page. The page will display the total number of subscribers to your mailing lists.
