Terms and conditions of coupons with code

The specified seller (“Seller”) offering this coupon with a discount is the organiser of this promotion. eBay GmbH and its group companies (together, “eBay”) will not be considered in any case the organisers of this promotion. These are the Seller Terms and Conditions that apply to the coupon offered. eBay will not be held liable for the provision or non-provision for the Seller or any third party’s performance or failure to perform any services related to this coupon promotion nor for any costs, damage, accident, delay, injury, loss, expense, or inconvenience arising from or connected with this Promotion.

Coupon redemption

This coupon is a discount valid until the date specified on the Seller's offers page or its marketing channels ("End Date") for purchases made on eBay.ie, unless previously cancelled in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. If no end date is shown, the offer will be valid for the specific item as long as it is visible on the pages corresponding to that item, on the Seller's offer page, or as indicated on its marketing channels (including, but not limited to, social media channels).

How to redeem the coupon

Simply make a purchase on eBay.ie equal to or greater than the minimum purchase price indicated on the seller's offer page, its marketing channels, or the corresponding page for the qualifying item ("Minimum Purchase Price") and pay with credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal. The Seller's offer page or coupon provided on its marketing channels will include a reference to the coupon code ("Coupon Code"), as set forth herein, and will display or reference the included items ("Item(s) that meet the requirements”).

Enter the Coupon Code at checkout when prompted. The maximum discount you can receive will appear on the coupon (“Maximum Discount”), as well as the maximum number of times it can be redeemed (“Maximum Number of Redemptions”).

Coupon Terms and Conditions:

1. This offer is open to users over 18 years of age who are registered on eBay.ie.

2. The coupon can only be used up to the maximum number of redemptions indicated. The coupon is valid from the date you receive the coupon until the end date, unless cancelled earlier in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

3. This coupon is valid only when you pay with PayPal, Google Pay, credit card, or debit card.

4. To redeem this coupon, the purchase must be equal to or greater than the Minimum Purchase Price indicated on the coupon.

5. The coupon must be redeemed in a single transaction. When using the shopping cart, it can only be used when purchasing items from the seller offering the coupon. If the Purchase Price (“Purchase Price” means the total price of the items you buy and does NOT include related postage and packing costs or any taxes that are not included in the item price) is less than the coupon amount, you will lose the unused amount.

6. Enter the coupon code when you are prompted to during the payment process and you will receive the related discount on the final amount of your Purchase Price. The discount does not apply to the related postage and packing costs or to any taxes which are not included in the item price.

7. The categories “Cars, motorcycles and vehicles” and “Coins, banknotes and bullion” are always excluded. The coupon is only valid for eligible items listed for sale.

8. The purchase you make to redeem this coupon must comply with eBay's User Agreement and policies.

9. This coupon cannot be combined with any other coupon, site discount, rebate, offer, gift coupon, or other promotion.

10. This coupon has no cash value, cannot be transferred, cannot be forwarded, and cannot be exchanged.

11. This coupon is void where prohibited.

12. Any refund you may be entitled to receive will not include the coupon or its redemption value. You will receive no more than the amount you paid towards your Purchase Price and will not be eligible for a further coupon.

13. The Seller reserves the right to suspend, change, or cancel this coupon promotion at any time, in the event of circumstances arising which in the Seller’s opinion make it necessary to do so, including cases where there has been a breach of eBay's Terms of Use or policies.

14. The Seller offering the coupon is the organiser of the promotion. eBay does not organise or intervene in this promotion other than making the function available to the Seller for use. eBay will not be held liable for the provision or non-provision for the Seller or any third party’s performance or failure to perform any services related to this coupon promotion, nor for any costs, damages, accidents, delays, injuries, losses, expenses, or inconveniences arising from or connected to this coupon, and does not offer representation or warranty regarding any products or services provided by Seller or any third party in connection with any coupon promotion.

15. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the law of Ireland.
