We invest significant resources into creating a safer marketplace for our users. This means that in the vast majority of cases the authenticity of items purchased through eBay shouldn’t be an issue.
If you believe that the item you’ve purchased is counterfeit, contact the seller first and try to work things out with them.
Open a case in the Resolution Centre if you can’t come to a solution. We’ll contact the seller and ask them to solve the problem.
