Buying with eBay FAST & FREE

When you see the eBay FAST & FREE icon, it means that you should get the item within 3 working days with free delivery, based on the postage details provided by the seller.

How it works

The eBay FAST & FREE logo appears on listings when the following conditions are met for the first (or default) domestic postage service:

  • The seller offers free postage and packaging.

  • The seller doesn't offer collection in person.

The following conditions must also be met:

  • Both your delivery address and the item are located in the United Kingdom, with the exception of the Hebrides, Shetland and Scilly Islands.

  • The listing is not for a car, motorcycle, or other vehicle.

Generally, listings with free standard or express postage and same-day or 1 working day dispatch time can qualify for FAST & FREE. If the seller offers a 2-day dispatch time, only items with express postage will qualify.

Important: eBay is not involved in the delivery of the items listed, and the FAST & FREE logo does not guarantee delivery of an item within 3 working days or fewer. Delivery times may vary, especially during peak periods.
