VeRO Programme for rights owners If you are not an intellectual property rights owner, you will not be able to join the VeRO Programme. However, you can still help by getting in touch with the legitimate rights owner (the company or the individual who holds the intellectual property rights) and encouraging them to contact us by promoting the VeRO Programme available at http://pages.ebay.co.uk/vero. Stolen items The VeRO Programme cannot be used to report stolen items. If you have identified a seller listing items which you believe to be stolen, we ask that you contact the relevant law enforcement body. We cannot take action regarding stolen items unless we receive a report from law enforcement. Once this happens, we will gladly assist law enforcement with their investigations. Community Watch If you want to report other suspected infringing items to eBay write to Community Watch. We are happy to receive such information, but must advise that we may be limited in our ability to respond to your request absent formal notice from an authorized rights owner. |
