How to report an infringing item If an item or listing infringes on your intellectual property rights, you can report the alleged infringement by submitting a Notice of Claimed Infringement (NOCI) to eBay's VeRO program. The NOCI is located here.
You can fill out the NOCI by filling out printing and signing then emailing the completed form to us. Once your initial report has been processed we will provide you with information on how to submit additional reports, if necessary, through other electronic means.
Note: You will need Adobe® Reader to view and print these documents. Free downloads are available at Adobe's website.
Automated Searches eBay offers to all users a feature called Favourite Searches. As a rights owner you can also set up your free eBay account to use Favourite Searches. With the Favourite Searches feature, you can conduct automatic searches for potentially infringing items. Our system will automatically notify you on a regular basis of any new listings posted which contain any terms in your selected searches. Find out more about using Favourite Searches
