For the entire week of Monday 14th August to Sunday 20th August 2006 inclusive (GMT +1), sellers listing with Auction-style, Auction-with-Buy It Now or Buy It Now Only (Fixed Price) formats in an eligible category, will pay a reduced 5 cent (€0.05) Insertion Fee, and will be able to use the Gallery listing upgrade feature for free for each item listed. Please refer to "What's Excluded?" for more details.
Monday 14th August to Sunday 20th August between 00:00:01 (GMT +1) until 23:59:59 (GMT +1) (the promotional period).
- Only items listed in Euros in the Sporting Goods & Sports Memorabilia categories on eBay.ie using Auction-style, Auction–with-Buy It Now and Buy It Now Only (Fixed Price) formats will qualify for the promotion.
- Any item previously scheduled to go live during the promotional period (referred to above) will qualify for the promotion.
- If you re-list an item during the promotional period that had previously closed without a successful sale, the re-list will qualify for the promotion. If the re-listed item sells and is eligible under the eBay re-list policy, eBay will refund the Insertion Fee at the promotional price of 5 cents.
- Please note: To sell with Buy It Now Only (Fixed Price) format you must either have 10 or more feedback or if you have a PayPal account you need to have 5 or more feedback.
- Items listed in any category except the Sporting Goods & Sports Memorabilia categories
- Multiple-Item listings in all formats. This includes both Auction-style (also known as Dutch Auctions) and Fixed Price formats. Click here for more information about Multiple-Item listings.

- Any item listed during the promotional period but scheduled to start after the promotion has finished will NOT qualify for the promotion.
- Only the basic eBay Insertion Fee will be reduced to 5 cents, and the Gallery listing upgrade fee will be reduced to 0 cents per item listed. All other eBay selling fees will still apply, including but not limited to Final Value Fees, optional Reserve Price Fees and all other Listing Upgrade Fees such as "Bold" or "Highlight". - If the item is listed in 2 categories, the Insertion Fee will be 5 cents times 2 i.e. 10 cents.
- Please note:Even though the "Sell Your Item" form may show you have been charged full insertion fee as well as the Gallery listing upgrade fee, if your item is eligible, you will see from the "My Account" section of "My eBay" that the promotional fees have been applied to your listing.

Members listing using the Auction with Buy It Now format will still be charged the Listing Upgrade Fee for Buy It Now. |
