On 3 May 2012, the final value fees for listings in some technology categories will increase from 3% to 5%. This will allow us to make further improvements to the shopping experience and help drive more buyers to the site.
Vehicles: Free Gallery Plus and insertion fee increase
We recently made Gallery Plus free for all business sellers in the Vehicles category. This feature enlarges the photos that you add to your listings making it easy for buyers to see the detail of the item you're selling.
On 3 May 2012, there will be a small increase in insertion fees for auction-style and fixed price format listings in the Vehicles category from €9.00 to €12.00. This fee change will apply to all sellers.
Classified listings and listings from eBay Motors Pro sellers will not be affected by this change.

Which Technology categories are affected by the fee increase?
On 3 May, the final value fees for products in the following categories will increase from 3% to 5%:
- Computing
- Consumer electronics
- Photography
- Mobile & home phones
- Video games, excluding games
