During all of Saturday 10th February and Sunday 11th February 2007 (GMT), sellers located in Ireland that list an item using the Auction-style, Auction-with-Buy It Now or Buy It Now Only (Fixed Price) formats in any category, will pay a reduced 1 cent (€0.01) Insertion Fee per item they list
The promotion runs from Saturday 10th February 00:00:01 GMT to Sunday 11th February 23:59:59 GMT (promotional period)
Only items listed in Euros on eBay.ie using the Auction-style, Auction-with-Buy It Now or Buy It Now Only (Fixed Price) formats will qualify for the promotion.
- Any item previously scheduled to go live on Saturday 10th February and Sunday 11th February will qualify for the promotion.
- If you re-list an item on Saturday 10th February or Sunday 11th February that had previously closed without a successful sale, the re-list will qualify for the promotion. If the re-listed item sells and is eligible under the eBay.ie re-list policy, eBay will refund the Insertion Fee at the promotional price of 1 cent.
Please note: To sell using the Buy It Now Only (Fixed Price) format you must either have 10 or more feedback, or if you have a PayPal account, you need to have 5 or more feedback.
- Sellers that are not located in Ireland will not qualify for the promotion.
- Multiple-Item listings in all formats. This includes both Auction-style (also known as Dutch Auctions) and Fixed Price formats.
- Shops Inventory Format listings. See the full details about listing items using the Shops Inventory Format.
- Items listed in the "Residential Property" sub-category of the "Home & Garden" category.
- Items listed in the "Mobile Phones with Contract" sub -category of the "Mobile & Home Phones" category.
- Identical listings that do not comply with our Duplicate Listings policy. See the full details about our Duplicate Listings policy.
- Any item listed on Saturday 10th February 2007 and Sunday 11th February 2007 but scheduled to start after the promotion has finished will NOT qualify for the promotion.
- Only the basic eBay Insertion Fee will be reduced to 1 cent. All other eBay.ie fees will still apply, including but not limited to Final Value Fees, optional Reserve Price Fees and all
- Listing Upgrade Fees such as "Gallery", "Subtitle", "Bold" or "Highlight". Click here for full details about eBay.ie fees.
- Sellers listing items using the Auction with Buy It Now format will still be charged the Listing Upgrade Fee for Buy It Now.
- If the item is listed in 2 categories, the Insertion Fee will be 1 cent times 2 i.e. 2 cents.
If the item qualifies for the promotion, the "sell your item" form will indicate to the seller that they have been charged an Insertion Fee of 1 cent. |
