For the entire weekend of Saturday 2nd December and Sunday 3rd December 2006 GMT, sellers resident in Ireland who have registered with eBay.ie, listing items using the Buy It Now Only (Fixed Price) format in an eligible category, will pay a reduced 5 cents (€0.05) Insertion Fee per item they list. The promotion runs from Saturday 2nd December 00:00:01 GMT to Sunday 3rd December 23:59:59 GMT (promotional period)
- Only items listed in Euros using the Buy It Now Only (Fixed Price) format on eBay.ie will qualify for the promotion.
- Any Buy It Now Only (Fixed Price) item previously scheduled to go live during the promotional period will qualify for the promotion.
- Items listed in the 'Motorcycles, Parts & Accessories and Other Vehicles' sub categories of the Motors Category.
If you re-list a Buy It Now Only (Fixed Price) format item on Saturday 2nd December or Sunday 3rd December that had previously closed without a successful sale, the re-list will qualify for the promotion. If the re-listed item sells and is eligible under eBay.ie's standard re-list policy, eBay will refund you the Insertion Fee at the promotional price of 5 cents.
- eBay.ie registered sellers who are not resident in Ireland will not be eligible for the promotion.
- Items listed in the 'Cars and Classic Cars' sub category of the Motors category apart from Motorcycles, Parts & Accessories and Other Vehicles (as detailed in the What's Included? Section above).
- Items listed using the Auction-style or Auction-with-Buy It Now formats
- Items listed in the Property category.
- Items listed in the 'Mobile Phones with Contract' sub category of the Mobile & Home Phones category.

- Identical listings that do not comply with our Duplicate Listings policy. Click here for more information about our Duplicate Listings policy.
- Any item listed on Saturday December 2nd and Sunday December 3rd 2006 but scheduled to start after the promotional period has finished will NOT qualify for the promotion.
- Any items listed that do not comply with our Listing Policies or Prohibited Items policies.
- Only the basic eBay Insertion Fee will be reduced to 5 cents (€0.05). All other eBay selling fees will still apply, including but not limited to Final Value Fees, optional Reserve Price Fees and all Listing Upgrade Fees such as "Gallery", "Subtitle", "Bold" or "Highlight". - If the item is listed in 2 categories, the Insertion Fee will be 5 cents times 2 i.e. 10 cents.
- Sellers listing an item using the Auction-with-Buy It Now format will still be charged the Listing Upgrade Fee for Buy It Now.
- To sell using the Buy It Now Only (Fixed Price) format you must either have 10+ feedback, or if you have a PayPal account, you need to have 5+ feedback.
Please note: Only the latest version of the "Sell Your Item" form will show the promotional prices that you will be charged. If you use the old version of the "Sell Your Item" form, it will show that you have been charged the full Insertion Fee. However, you will be able to see that the promotional prices have in fact been applied by checking the "My account" section of "My eBay".
