Managing your selling activityCommunicating with buyers and managing your listings well are important aspects of selling. You can keep track of all your items and transactions in My eBay. Top questionsSolve a problem Enter the item number into the End my listing early , and click Continue. If you're cancelling an auction-style listing, decide whether you want to cancel any bids you've received or sell your item to the highest bidder. Then enter the reason you're ending your listing early. For auction-style listings, we send bidders an email letting them know you cancelled their bids. Before you end a listing early, consider alternatives like such as revising the listing, or using the out-of-stock option on Good ‘Til Cancelled listings with multiple quantities. Also, be aware that there are restrictions on when you can end a listing, and you may be charged a fee. Click My eBay at the top of any eBay page. In the left column, in the Sell
section, click Active. Find the listing you want to change, and select Revise
from the drop-down menu. You can block the buyer's user ID. Go to the Block bidders or buyers from your listings page. Enter the user ID of the eBay member you wish to block in the text box, and then click Submit. All promotions, discounts or coupons currently available to you will be listed in the All Selling section of My eBay, under Promotional Offers. Some offers will require you to click Accept in order to activate them. Try relisting the item. Click My eBay at the top of any eBay page. In the left-hand column under Sell, click Unsold. Select Relist from the drop-down menu. In some cases, you can also set up your listing to automatically relist your item up to 3 times.
