• Most used clothing (shirts, trousers, dresses, etc.), as long as the seller states that the item is used and that it's cleaned according to the manufacturer’s instructions

• The following items, as long as there's no inappropriate content in the listing or any indication that the item was worn as underwear:

  • Bathing suits

  • Lingerie that does not come in contact with the genitals such as bras, bustiers, negligees and camisole

  • Pantyhose

  • Spandex

• The following items, as long as there is no inappropriate content in the listing:

  • Shoes

• Vintage undergarments, as long as they are not modelled or recently worn

Not allowed

Used undergarments, including but not limited to:

• Athletic supporters

• Briefs

• Boxer shorts

• Children's sized underwear

• Cloth nappies

• G-strings

• Jock straps

• Swim nappies

• Teddies

• Thongs

• Panties

• Socks

• Any used clothing item listed with content eBay finds to be inappropriate. eBay will consider the overall content of listings - including description and images - when making this assessment.
