How do I offer free postage & packaging?

Attract more buyers and get higher placement in search results by offering free postage & packaging (P&P) 

You can offer free shipping by following these steps:

  • In the Sell your item form, select Flat: Same cost to all buyers or Calculated: Cost varies by buyer location

  • Select a postal service from the Services drop down menu

  • Select the Free P&P tick box

If you're using a listing tool that doesn't have the Free P&P tick box, specify your postage cost as '0' .

Your listing will appear in search results with the word 'Free' prominently displayed under the postage column.

If you offer free P&P in your listing, you'll automatically receive a 5-star rating on the P&P detailed seller rating
