Detailed seller ratings provide a more complete picture of the member’s performance as a seller.

When buyers leave an overall Feedback rating (positive, neutral, or negative) for a seller, they can also leave detailed seller ratings in 4 areas: item as described, communication, dispatch time, and postage and packaging charges.

The detailed seller rating system is based on a 1 to 5 star scale - 5 stars is the highest rating, and 1 star is the lowest.

The detailed seller ratings table shows the seller’s average ratings and the number of ratings they’ve received. Average ratings are calculated based on the last 12 months of sales, and will only appear when at least 10 ratings have been received.

Note: Transactions in motor vehicle categories cannot be rated on 'dispatch time' and 'postage & packaging charges'.
