Your account is your identity on eBay. You use your account to buy, sell, communicate with eBay members, and leave Feedback for trading partners.

Solve a problem
On the Forgot your user ID page, enter your email address and click the Continue button. We'll send your user ID to your email address.
On the Forgot password page, enter your user ID, and click the Continue button. We'll send you an email with instructions for resetting your password.
Make sure the email address listed in your eBay account is correct. If you have a spam filter, see if the email ended up in your junk mail folder. If the problem continues, contact us.
