	eBay Toolbar

eBay Toolbar is a free tool that gives you quick, easy access to eBay from your desktop. It keeps track of the items you have bid on and those you are watching, and alerts you before those listings end so you can place a bid if you'd like. It could mean the difference between forgetting to bid and winning an item!

PLEASE NOTE: During Step 2 of the new Toolbar installation process, you will be asked to provide details of your eBay & PayPal passwords. This step of the process is optional. The password details you provide are not sent to eBay or PayPal but remain encrypted and stored on your PC.

We encourage you to provide these details so that the Toolbar's Account Guard feature can warn you when you are entering the same password into websites that are not eBay or PayPal, providing additional security for your account.

If you are uncomfortable providing these details during the installation process you can still do so once the Toolbar is installed. To add your passwords simply select Preferences from the Toolbar drop down menus and complete your details.

• Customise your Toolbar!
  Customise eBay Toolbar to suit your needs. Set your Toolbar preferences, and select the buttons you want to see and in the order you want to see them.

  Even if you're not a registered eBay user, you can use eBay Toolbar to search for and find items for sale on eBay. However, registered eBay users can enjoy the full functionality of eBay Toolbar: bid and watch alerts, selling status, one-click access to your Favourite Searches, and more.
