This Christmas, the more presents you buy on eBay.ie, the more likely you are to receive a fantastic present in return! We've selected some of the most popular gifts for Christmas 2005 and they are waiting under our tree to be won by eBay buyers. Each day, from 1st December to 12th December, we are going to pick one present from our Christmas list to give away as a prize to a lucky eBay.ie buyer. Because it's Secret Santa, however, you won't know what the prize is going to be - it could be anything from an Ireland rugby jersey through to a handbag or an Xbox 360. In addition, each day during the Competition, a winner and two runners-up will receive a Skype starter pack, including headphones- for free calls via the internet worldwide! Your address and telephone number will be shown - if they are not correct then please update them.) You'll be able to find out who has won which prize each day by coming back onto eBay.ie - this will also help you to work out which items from the Christmas list are still up for grabs.  Find out which items have already been won! How do I know what the prize will be each day? You don't - hence the name Secret Santa. At the beginning of the Competition it could be any of the 12 items shown in the Christmas List above. However, as you keep coming back to eBay.ie you'll be able to see which prizes have been won already and by a process of elimination you can figure out which prizes are left. How can I make sure I win something on a certain day? You can either bid on listings that finish at a particular time, or each day you can visit eBay.ie and simply buy an item using Buy It Now. This ensures that you will receive notification the same day. Another way is to bid on items that are ending soon. What is the Winning Buyer Notification email? This is the email that you are sent when you win an item - see image above for an example. What happens if I win something that I don't want? Can I swap it? If you win it it's yours and you cannot swap it for another prize. Of course if you really don't want you could always sell it again on eBay.ie! If there's an item you really want, you'll have to keep entering the Competition to be in with a chance of winning it.

Terms and Conditions This Competition is subject to the following terms and conditions and by entering the Competition all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions: The eBay.ie Secret Santa competition (Competition) is open to all residents of the Republic of Ireland aged 18 years or over registered on eBay.ie ("eBay Site"), except any employees (and their families) of eBay International AG ("eBay"), any affiliates, subsidiary companies, any representatives or agents of those companies and anyone else who may be involved with the Competition. eBay reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants. The Competition runs from 00:00:01 GMT on 1 December to 23:59:59 GMT on 12 December 2005 (the Competition Period).
